It is impossible to think accessibility without workforce inclusion.

Since 2009 deaf educators and Libras (brazilian sign language) interpreters are part of our team. It is essential that all work is done not only FOR the impaired but WITH them, experiencing their singularities and needs at the project daily.

Camila Araújo Alves

Bachelor in Psychology, UFF. Master degree in Psychology in progress, UFF. Camila is blind and studied mediation and accessibility in cultural venues. Has worked at the educative sector of Dorina Nowill Institute as story teller, and as educator at Mesa Institute. Works at Rio de Janeiro CCBB Educative Program since 2011.

Bruno Ramos

Graduated in Information Systems at Faculdades Radial. Bachelor in Pedagogy, UNIABC and bachelor of Arts in Letters/Libras, UFSC. Post-graduation in Special Education and Libras in progress, Faculdade Eficaz. Has been working with special education since 2002 and teaches Brazilian Sign Language since 2006.
